Questions
What happens after I message you?
We reply the same day. You tell us what you already have and we quote it. You pay half, send the logo and the product list, and we build. Most shops are running within a few days. A standard .com or .store is included. A premium or taken domain — at cost, nothing on top.
My staff don't read English.
The panel and the menu both run in Thai, English and Russian. Your staff use Thai, your customers pick their own.
Who updates the menu?
You do — a minute on your phone. If you'd rather not, ฿1,200/month and you send the change on WhatsApp instead; it's live the same day.
What if I stop paying?
The system is yours — you bought it. If you stop paying for the service, we hand over the logins to everything: domain, hosting, database, menu sheet. The site keeps running on your own accounts and you take it from there. What stops is our side — updates, support and the hosting we covered.
